International
International customers are an important part of our business!
All packages include a customs statement identifying the shipment as containing merchandise, and showing the purchase price of the merchandise. You may be charged import duties, taxes, or fees collected by the package carrier upon delivery. CycleGadgets.com does not collect duties or taxes for non-US shipments, and you are responsible for paying these to the carrier directly upon receipt of your package.
There are two ways for us to ship outside the USA.
- Direct shipment via US Postal Service - Our shopping cart quotes US Postal Express Mail International rates. We do not ship US Postal Global Priority or Parcel Post due to the lack of package tracking. We will ship your purchase directly to you via the chosen service. To select this option, simply choose your direct shipping method and destination country when adding items to our shopping cart.
- Bongo International - We have partnered with Bongo International and encourage customers to sign up for a US address with Bongo. If your family shops online a lot, you may save money and you can use it with most other retailers in the USA. This is a great option for heavy, high value, and time-sensitive shipments. We ship to Bongo's warehouse in the USA and Bongo ships to you. Once you sign up with Bongo, just check out as usual with your US address.
International Shipping
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.
Step-By-Step Order Guide
- Shop for your items on our website and add
them to your cart.
- Setup your Bongo International account by
clicking the Bongo Checkout button.
- After signup, Bongo will provide you with
your very own US address.
- Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo
as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
- Use the credit card that you have on file
with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.
- Choose your shipping method and Place Order.
- Once completed, finish your verification
process with Bongo.
- Bongo will take over from here, so
communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.
